NEVA YALI IZMIR PROJECT
Neva Yalı is a mixed-use waterfront development on a plot of approximately 21,000 m² in Turan, Bayraklı, on the shore of İzmir Bay. Comprising four blocks, the project includes 468 units (445 apartments and 23 office-residences), a 186-key Moxy Hotel and 39 retail units along the promenade, supported by indoor and outdoor pools, sports, yoga and children's facilities. It is the first phase of the area's regeneration, followed by Riva Yalı.
Plan Engineering served the client from the development stage onwards, providing land and project development consultancy, selection and management of architectural and engineering designers, institutional relations, and construction management consultancy.
